Ellore was conceived as a highly considered residential offering, defined by architecturally refined living spaces, gourmet kitchens, spa-caliber baths, and a design ethos rooted in sophistication, longevity, and environmental responsibility. At its core, Related’s vision was to deliver a level of personalization and quality commensurate with the expectations of the accomplished generation that shaped Silicon Valley—an experience that feels both elevated and inherently residential, setting a new standard for what senior living can be.

Steinberg Hart & March and White Design

Designed by Steinberg Hart with interiors by March and White Design (MAWD), Ellore’s aesthetic draws from the surrounding landscape, embodying a relaxed sophistication that reflects Silicon Valley’s blend of innovation, wellness, and understated luxury. The visual journey begins in the lobby, where a warm, layered palette is anchored by a sculptural two-story fireplace that imparts grounded elegance. Throughout the landmark twenty-story tower, sweeping vistas capture the region’s defining touchpoints, from the Santa Clara salt ponds and Diablo Mountain Range to Levi’s Stadium. Residences feature full-size kitchens with Bosch appliances, custom Italian cabinetry, and smart-home technology creating a bespoke environment and signaling a new era of ultraluxury senior living in Silicon Valley.
